Meet Tawnia Martin, a seasoned real estate agent licensed in the state of lowa. Her love of forming lasting relationships and genuine passion for homes makes serving her real estate clients a win-win joy! Specializing in providing guidance and support throughout the buying and selling process, Tawnia understands the significance and investment that comes with finding the right space. She approaches each transaction with care and attention, recognizing the impact a thoughtfully planned environment can have on a person. For Tawnia, the concept of "home"holds a special meaning. As a child, she was captivated by her mother's innate ability to transform once dull spaces into vibrant and inviting havens. This early exposure ignited Tawnia's understanding of how environments impact people. Since obtaining her real estate license in 2017, Tawnia has cultivated enduring connections with clients who have become close friends. Her dedication to building these meaningful relationships sets her apart in the industry and ensures that her clients receive personalized and exceptional service. Tawnia resides in West Des Moines, where she lives with her son and adored companion, Mabel the French Bulldog.

Jena Moeckl
Jena Moeckl is the owner and licensed broker at Moeckl Realty. Managing rental properties for the past 14 years, Jena specializes in residential income properties in the Des Moines area. She loves working to make the process go as smoothly as possible when finding your own personal residence or income-producing property.
Jena's experience includes leasing large apartment complexes and managing single-family homes, as well as purchasing and selling residential and multi-family housing. She has knowledge and expertise managing the entire real estate process from property purchase to oversight of construction and repairs to ultimately signed leases. Jena is resourceful in setting up your investment property to maximize your return on investment.
Jena also has a background in finance and budgeting, so she can assist with tracking yearly income and expenses. Her proficiency and broad experience offers a competitive advantage in portfolio diversification.
In her free time, you’ll often find her chasing her four children, watching a sporting event with her husband, or drinking coffee, while enjoying a good novel. She also loves to organize anything, volunteer at Wildwood Hills Ranch, explore new restaurants and play Rook with family (also known as “competitors”).
Megan Nieuwsma
Megan Nieuwsma is a licensed real estate agent in the state of Iowa. She is committed to working with clients to simplify the home buying and selling process. Her love for real estate began during her childhood years as she observed her parents build numerous custom homes and eventually entered the rental property business. A career in nursing has instilled in Megan the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding care and service into everything she does. Her number one priority is to successfully work hard for clients whom she represents and achieve the home buying and selling process with the highest quality of service. Megan is a native of Des Moines and currently resides in Pella, Iowa, with her husband and two sons.
Dina Siedenburg
Dina has had a 25-year love affair with real estate, first getting her license in 1993 while selling their first home. Their agent was a rock star and that solidified the passion for the industry! Why does she love this business? Dina loves to meet people, help people, problem solving, and completing a project from beginning-to-end. Throughout Dina's career, she has learned that dedication and attention to detail is a recipe for success.
Dina lives by: "Do What’s Right, The Right Way, All the time." She believes buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction: it’s a life-changing experience. Which is the very reason why Dina takes great pride in the relationships she builds with her clients. Dina works relentlessly on their behalf to help them achieve their real estate goals.
Dina graduated from Valley High School and Iowa State University and shares the love of the Des Moines Metro area of over 40 years. Raising 3 kids, Dina realized the importance of a household structure for her family. Those were crazy times with school, cheerleading, all-state football, and missions trips but she wouldn’t change a thing! Today, Dina and her husband, Dave, reside in Johnston.
Stephanie Siedenburg
Stephanie Siedenburg is a real estate agent licensed in the state of Iowa. Stephanie values connection in building relationship and thrives on organization and attention to detail. Her passion for real estate and the value it brings to others is inherent in her. Stephanie has experience working in property management handling the marketing, leasing and maintenance management of single-family and multi-family properties. Stephanie also has experience working with buyers and sellers, including first time home buyers, as they search for their future home. Joseph Van Roekel
Joseph (Joe) Van Roekel joined Moeckl Realty in the winter 2020. He is a graduate of Iowa State University where he studied Finance and Economics. As a native of Des Moines, Iowa, Joe has seen the development of the greater Des Moines metro area and wants to contribute to its continued growth by serving the community and his clients.
